If the carrier has marked your shipment as Delivered but you have not yet received it, you must notify Customer Service within 24 hours. Failing to do so may result in a denied claim from the carrier.

Lost In Transit
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please first read over our article “What Are The Shipping Times And Carriers We Use” to check on estimated shipping times.

The Package Is Located By The Carrier
If the package is located by the carrier it will be delivered to you as normal by the carrier.
The Package Is Confirmed To Be Lost By The Carrier
If the package has been confirmed by the carrier to be lost, we can then offer you a replacement or a full refund back onto your purchasing card.
Damaged Product
If you received a product damaged, you must notify Customer Service within 24 hours. Failing to do so may result in a denied claim from the carrier
