If the courier attempts to make a delivery and no one is available at the shipping address, the following steps are taken by the courier company.

Canada Post

Your order will be taken to the nearest Post Office, and held for 10 days. A Delivery Notice Card will be left indicating where the item can be picked up. Smaller item(s) may be delivered to a mailbox. 

Loomis Express

A second attempt will be made on the next available business day if the delivery cannot be completed, smaller items may be left in a safe location at the delivery address. 

Alternatively a Delivery Notice Card may be left indicating where the item can be picked up.

Day & Ross

Day & Ross will contact you prior to delivery to book an appointment on a business day when someone is available to receive the shipment.

All Other Couriers
