If you received your online purchased product damaged, you must notify Customer Service within 24 hours. Failing to do so may result in a denied claim from the carrier.
To help with the claim we ask you to provide the following so that we can submit it to the carrier and look into options with you for a refund or replacement.
- Clear images of all sides of the box that the product was shipped in.
- Clear and well lit images of any damage to the product itself.
- If the damage was to a product with a screen (e.g. television, computer monitor, etc.) please include photos of the screen with the power on.
