If you would like to return your purchase to one of our retail stores or to our online store your refund will be processed as outlined below.
For Online Purchases Returned via Shipping
Online purchases that qualify for a refund and that have been reviewed and approved by our Service Department are typically processed within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.
However, during peak sale periods (for example, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Boxing Week) please allow up to an additional 2 weeks for review and approval.
When an online purchase has been approved and processed for a refund, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been refunded in our system.
Online purchases can only be refunded onto the original purchasing card or to a Visions Electronics gift card.
For credit cards and some debit cards, it may take 1-10 business days for these funds to appear on your card statement, but this will depend on your card provider.
For Online Purchases Cancelled Prior to Shipping
Once we have approved your request to cancel your purchase prior to it being prepared for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has been cancelled and refunded in our system.
Online purchases can only be refunded onto the original purchasing card or to a Visions Electronics gift card.
For credit cards and some debit cards, it may take 1-10 business days for these funds to appear on your card statement, but this will depend on your card provider.
For Purchases Returned to a Retail Store
Retail store purchases that qualify for a refund will be refunded to the original method of payment, except for cash sales which will be refunded to either a debit card, cheque, in-store credit, or a credit card.
For credit cards and some debit cards, it may take 1-10 business days for these funds to appear on your card statement, but this will depend on your card provider.
