If You Were Logged In When You Placed an Order

Please log in to your Visions.ca account and then click on the View Your Order History link. 

On the Order History page you will find the status and tracking number of your recent orders.

Your order will remain In Progress until we receive confirmation that your order is in transit with the carrier or is ready for pickup. 

You will also receive an automated email confirmation when your order status changes.
