To Cancel an Order Prior to Shipping
To cancel an order prior to it being prepared for shipping, please contact us by creating a Customer Service Ticket or by phone at 1-888-855-9855 and we can assist.
To Cancel an Order After it Has Been Shipped
If the order has already been processed for shipping and you want to cancel your order, you will need to return the item.
You may accept the parcel and bring it to a local store for a refund, request a return shipping label from us to ship the item back, or refuse the shipment as long as you have received approval from Visions Electronics. Before returning your item, please ensure all conditions are met as stated on our Returns and Exchanges Section.

Please note that if your order is refused or shipped back to us, your order will be refunded less the cost of return shipping. Any items returned to our warehouse without prior authorization will be refused.
To Cancel an In-store Pickup Order
To cancel an In-store Pickup order prior to us finalizing your order, please contact us by creating a Customer Service Ticket or by phone at 1-888-855-9855 and we can assist.
If you have already received your pickup authorization email and you want to cancel your order, you can go to your pickup location to cancel your order.
