If you are having trouble logging into your Visions.ca account, forgot your password, or would like to update your password, please follow the instructions below.
Resetting My Password
If you are unsure of your account password, please go to the Forgot Password page and enter the email address used to create your account.
You will then receive an email from us with a link to rest your password.

Changing My Password
To update your password, please log in to your account and click on the Change Password option.
On this page please follow the directions and provide your old password and the new password twice. Click on the Submit button to finalize the change.
