Why was my In-Store or Curbside Pickup Order Rejected?
Our system will only accept orders for In-Store Pickup when we show significant inventory on hand at that location. This is to prevent an order from being placed for an item that is unavailable.
Sometimes the system shows inventory available at a location, however during the time that your order is being finalized and sent to the store for processing the product may be sold to another customer.
If this happens we will contact you via email and provide your options. We will be able to either cancel your order and issue you a full refund or have the item shipped to you. If you would like to place the order for pickup at an alternate retail location, we will cancel the order so that you may place a new one at the desired location.
