Orders paid for with Flexiti accounts unfortunately cannot be shipped to a different address and can only ship to the billing address on file.

To Change an Item on an Order
Please contact us by creating a Customer Service Ticket or by calling 1-888-855-9855 as soon as possible. We will need to cancel your online order so that you can place a new order with the new products(s).

What If You Run Out of the Product I Ordered?
If we run out of inventory of any of the items you ordered due to an unforeseen stock shortage, we may ship a substitute model from the same manufacturer.
Any substitution will either be a newer model or a model with equivalent features and we will only make a substitution if the model is of equal or better value for you.
In the event that you receive the substitute item(s) and it is not to your complete satisfaction, you can always return it for a full refund if the conditions are met as stated on our Returns and Exchanges Section.
